About The Allotment

Contributors to This Allotment: Stories of Growing, Eating and Nurturing, JC Niala and Sui Searle join us to talk about their allotment and what it means to them.

Allotments can do more than just grow food. By gardening and looking after the land, even in small parcels in the middle of cities, find healing, community and joy. Nurture your own wellbeing through nurturing plants. Chaired by Sarah Rigby, editor of the collection.

There will be a book signing after this event.

Get ahead of your Festival reading and visit the Waterstones Cheltenham Science Festival bookshop and support Cheltenham Festivals with every purchase.
