Booking Online

Online booking is available 24/7 via our website. To book tickets or purchase one of our annual Memberships, you will need to set up a Cheltenham Festivals online account.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments (Debit and Credit Cards). We do not accept American Express

Booking by Phone

Our Box Office phonelines are currently open Tuesday - Friday 10am - 4pm. Please call 01242 850 270 and select option 1 to speak to a member of the team who will be happy to help. 

We apply a £3.00 booking fee per order online and over the phone.

Group Bookings 

Group bookings can be made for the adult and family programmes for all four of our Festivals. Group bookings open when tickets go on general sale for each Festival. 

For any bookings of 10 people, please contact our Box Office team via email or by calling 01242 850 270. For any booking of 10 people or over, we offer a 10% discount. 

School Bookings

Bookings for our dedicated Science and Literature Schools programmes can be made using one of our online forms. Once submitted, the Learning and Participation team will be in contact with you via email to confirm your booking.  To find out more about our school programmes click here.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive my tickets?

We issue e tickets as standard for all our Festivals. When your order has been completed, you will recieve an email order confirmation. Your e tickets will then arrive in a seperate email as a PDF attachment. Please check the information on your email confrimation and e tickets are correct upon reciept. 

Can I refund or exchange my tickets?

Our tickets are non refundable except in the instance of an event cancellation. Tickets can be exchanged for another event subject to availabilty. Ticket exchanges are subject to a £3.00 fee. A ticket exchange must be made for another event of equal or higher value to the original ticket. Member+ bookers are expempt from the exchange fee as part of their benefits. 

Do you operate a waiting list for sold out events?

We don't operate a waiting list for our events. Any tickets that are donated back to us are made available for other customers to book both online and via phonelines. 

Where can I find information on your venues?

Please vist our venue information page for access information and how to get to each of our venues. 

Do you offer any discounts or concessions?

We don't offer any discount or concessions apart from 10% on group bookings over 10 people. 

How do I let you know of any food allergies prior to an event?

When booking an event which includes food and drink as part of the ticket, you can specify any dietary requirements when adding the event to your basket. If you forget to add this to your order when booking, please email us and we can add it to your order. 

How do I contact you about my order?

You can email the team at any time. We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours, this can take longer during one of our Festivals. You can call 01242 850 270 Tuesday - Friday 10am - 4pm and the team will be happy to help. Please select option 1 on the call menu to speak to the team. 

Do you have an in person box office on the Festival site?

Yes, we have an onsite box office at all four of our festivals. We publish the opening times shortly before each Festival.
