Ready to secure your tickets for our exciting events? Follow these simple steps to ensure you get the seats you want:

1. Log In
Start by accessing your Cheltenham Festivals account on our website. If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one.

2. Explore Events
Navigate to the What’s On grid to browse our list of events. This grid showcases all the upcoming events and their details.

3. Learn More
For more details on a specific event, click the ‘More Info’ button. This will provide you with additional information about what to expect.

4. Book Tickets
Click the ‘Book Now’ button for the event you’re interested in. You will be directed to a venue map where you can select your seats.

• Select ‘Best Available’: If you prefer not to choose your own seat, click ‘Best Available’ to automatically receive the best available seats.

5. Choose Your Seat
If you wish to select your own seat:

• View Seat Sections: Click on a section of the venue map to view available seats. Seats shown in grey are unavailable.
• Hover Over Seats: Hover over available seats to see details such as seat number and price.
• Select Your Seats: Click on each individual seat to select it. You can repeat this process for additional seats.

6. Add to Basket
Once you’ve selected your seats, click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. If you’ve previously used the ‘My Events’ feature, your selected events may already be in your basket.

7. Review and Add More
Review your order summary. If you wish to add more events, click ‘Continue Browsing’. To proceed with your purchase, click ‘Checkout’.

8. Confirm and Checkout
Confirm the events you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.

9. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation and e-tickets via email.
