About The Hidden Superpowers of Trees

We pass them every day, but how often do we stop to notice nature’s ultimate superheroes? Trees power our towns and cities in ways often overlooked, but their impact is huge.

Join Jonathan Newall, tree expert at RHS Wisley, in conversation with Luke Barley, the National Trust's senior national advisor on trees and woodlands, and author of Ancient: Reviving the Woods That Made Britain, as they reveal why these everyday heroes deserve our full attention.

Chaired by Claudia Hammond.

There will be a book signing after this event.
