About Your 21st Century Brain

What happens when ancient neural wiring collides with modern life? Neuroscientist Hannah Critchlow and neurologist Paul Goldsmith offer an empowering exploration of how our brains really work and how we can help them thrive.

The same processes that once kept us alive can now leave us anxious, overloaded and burnt out. But by understanding our brain’s original design, we can learn to work with our biology rather than against it. Drawing on cutting-edge neuroscience and real-world case studies, Hannah and Paul explore how to nurture resilient, adaptable brains in ourselves and our children and how to flourish in an age of rapid innovation. Sharing practical strategies to improve decision-making, foster curiosity and creativity and develop deeper intelligence and wisdom, they show how to fuel your brain and thrive every day. Chaired by Julia Wheeler
