Join us on Tuesday 25 November 2025 for the FameLab International Live Final, streaming straight from CERN Science Gateway!
Nine countries — Australia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland, South Africa, Switzerland and the United Kingdom — will battle it out on the virtual stage as their national champions compete for the title of World’s Best Science Communicator 2025.

FameLab International is the world’s longest-running and widest-reaching science communication competition and training programme. It showcases early-career researchers from science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), challenging them to deliver captivating three-minute talks using only their wits – and a few props!
Now celebrating 20 years of FameLab, this global celebration of science communication promises to inspire, entertain and spark curiosity.
