Need help?

If you need anything while you’re here, just look out for our Volunteers in pink who will be happy to help.

Our Box Office team will also be at every venue (except DEYA Swamp) ahead of each performance, so you can pick up any last minute tickets on the day. They'll be available from at least 30 minutes before the performance starts. Please note that all venue Box Offices are card payment only.

Brochures and programme notes

A plain text version of the brochure can be found here. You can also view the full programme and digital version of the printed brochure here. Programme notes will be available at the venues on the day you'll also be able to find them on the website before the start of each event.

Dress code

There isn't a dress code, so feel free to wear whatever you're most comfortable in. It's going to be hot, so we recommend dressing for the weather and bringing plenty of water with you.

When to clap

In classical music, it is customary to only clap after the piece is finished and not between movements. You can look for signals by checking the programme notes or listen for cues from the conductor or musicians.
