About Inside the Cyber Hack Epidemic

Bankrupting businesses, stalling governments and stealing sensitive data; cybercrime is now a multibillion-pound global industry. Illicit trade expert Anja Shortland, cyber threat intelligence specialist Sophia McCall and investigative journalist Geoff White take you inside the dark economy of hacking and ransomware.

From high profile attacks on major companies like JLR and Marks & Spencer to scams closer to home, our panellists discuss how organised crime groups operate, trade stolen data and exploit vulnerabilities. They lift the lid on this criminal underworld, consider what escalating threats mean for our infrastructure, national security and personal safety, and provide expert analysis on how to prepare for the future.

There will be a book signing after this event.
