Thanks for taking an interest in being a part of Cheltenham Science Festival. We have an open call out for people and organisations to be a part of our 2025 festival, which takes place from 3 – 8 June 2025. You can find out more about the opportunities below.

Our Expression of Interest form for events (shows, panels, workshops) is now closed and therefore we're no longer taking any submissions. We look forward to hearing your great event ideas for Cheltenham Science Festival 2026.

However, if you're looking to have a space to run drop-in activities in one of our large interactive zones, then please fill in our Interactive Zones Expression of Interest form below. These offer the chance to engage with audiences in a drop in format in one of our three interactive zones: Arcade, MakerShack and Discover Zone. 

If you’re interested in bringing an event such as a show, workshop or panel event to Cheltenham Science Festival 2025, then please fill in our Event Expression of Interest form. You might have a fully formed proposal, or just an idea at this stage, but we’re happy to hear both.
